With the Bazman Taxi VIP meet and greet, a driver waits for your guest in the public arrivals hall at Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) with a sign bearing their name, helps with the bags and drives them to a hotel, office or home in a luxury car or a limousine, arranged in advance. The meeting takes place after border control and customs; the driver does not go airside. Send us the flight number and the name for the sign, and we follow the landing.

The flight number you send tells us when the aircraft actually lands. If the flight is delayed, the driver comes at the new landing time.

A client or partner who lands for a meeting and should reach the office or the hotel rested, without looking for their ride.

The head of the delegation rides in the luxury car, and the rest of the group follows in a minibus with a driver or a coach.

Grandparents coming to visit who do not know the airport. You can book in English, Hebrew, Russian or French.

VIP on the way to a flight
A luxury car also collects you from home, a hotel or the office for a flight and drops you at the departures level. No sign is needed on the way out, so the booking is simpler: the address, the pickup time and the number of passengers. What is written on the sign?
The name you send us, spelled the way your guest will recognise it. You can add the company name as well.
Will the driver meet my guest at the aircraft or at passport control?
No. Our driver waits in the public arrivals hall, after customs. An escort through border control, a lounge or a fast-track lane is a different kind of service, and we do not offer it.
The flight is delayed. Will the driver with the sign still be there?
Yes. We follow the flight number, and the driver with the sign comes at the actual landing time.
Can I get the name sign with a regular taxi booking?
No, the sign comes with the VIP service. With a regular booking, the driver calls or sends a WhatsApp message once the passenger is through customs, and they agree together where to meet.
Can we book a limousine for an event rather than the airport?
Yes, by arrangement. Send the date, the time, the pickup point and the destination.
Our guest lands on Shabbat. Can you still meet them?
Not during Shabbat itself, because the station keeps Shabbat and Jewish holidays. For a landing late on Saturday, the driver with the sign sets out once Shabbat ends, and the same goes for the end of a holiday. More in rides before and after Shabbat.
