What happens after you send the form
- Your request reaches dispatch
Everything you entered arrives at the station: route, date, time, passengers, luggage and extras.
- We message you on WhatsApp
We contact you at the number you gave to go over the pickup, agree the vehicle and give you the fixed price.
- The driver comes to you
On the day, the driver arrives at the pickup address at the agreed time. For a pickup at the airport, the driver follows your flight and arranges the meeting point with you by phone or WhatsApp.
Tips for a smooth pickup
- Give an exact address
Street, building number and entrance, or the hotel name. In Jaffa, Jerusalem’s Old City and other areas with pedestrian lanes, say where a car can reach you.
- Count suitcases and trolley bags separately
That is how we choose between a standard taxi, an estate and a large taxi.
- Add the flight number for arrivals

- Write the children’s ages
We bring the right child seats for each age.
- Check the day of the week
The station keeps Shabbat, so Saturdays are closed in the date picker. For Friday flights, see taxis before and after Shabbat.
- Use a number that works on WhatsApp
That is where we will reach you, including after you land.
Questions and answers
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter your own details in the form and add the passenger’s name and phone in the note to the driver.
Can I add a stop on the way?
Yes. Choose the stop option in the second step and enter the address. A stop changes the price, so we include it in the fixed price we give you.
Which places can I book from?
Any of the more than 1,240 localities in the form, plus Ben Gurion Airport. For a place you cannot find, send us a WhatsApp message.
How far ahead should I book an airport ride?
A day ahead is best, especially for early-morning flights. See our Ben Gurion Airport taxi page for how we set the pickup time.
