Frequently asked questions
How do I book a taxi?
Call +972-50-3455832 or send a WhatsApp message with your pickup address, destination, date and time. You get driver confirmation and a clear fare estimate within minutes.
What hours are you available?
Any hour of the day or night, every day of the week — from Sunday through Friday until Shabbat begins, and again the moment it ends. Both dispatch and drivers.
How do your fare estimates work?
When you book we send a transparent, all-inclusive estimate based on the official Ministry of Transport tariff — with the full breakdown, so you know what to expect. The final fare is set by the meter.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
Terminal 3: arrivals hall with a name sign. Terminal 1: main exit. You receive the driver's details by WhatsApp before landing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (shekels), Israeli and international credit cards, Bit and PayBox. Business invoices available.
Do you have child seats?
Yes — infant seats and boosters installed on request, at booking.
Do you have large vehicles?
Vans and minibuses seating 5–8 passengers with full luggage space — with the same transparent pricing.
Is the ride price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle — so a group of 3–4 often pays less per person than the train, door to door.
