- Flight number (for airport pickups and drop-offs)
- Notes you enter in the booking form (for example, luggage count or special requirements)
- Website usage and analytics data — pages viewed, device and browser, for service improvement
Why we use your information
The information we collect is used to fulfill your booking (assigning a driver, navigating to your pickup and destination, contacting you about the ride), to send real-time service updates (booking confirmation, driver details, status updates), to improve our website and service based on usage data, and for marketing communications — only if you have given explicit consent.
Where your information is stored
Your booking details are stored in a secure cloud database (Supabase), hosted on servers within the European Union. Website usage data is also collected via Google Analytics, subject to Google's own privacy policy. Access to your information is limited to the team operating the service.
Who we share information with
Trip details (pickup, destination, time, phone number) are shared only with the driver assigned to carry out that ride. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we do not share it for purposes unrelated to providing the service, except where required by law.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review the information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your information, subject to any retention obligation under law (for example, bookkeeping requirements). Data security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect the information we hold from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, including encryption in transit and restricted access permissions. That said, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Unsubscribing from marketing
