Terms of Use
These terms of use apply to any use of the Bazman Taxi website and to every ride booked through it, by phone, WhatsApp or any other channel we offer. Using the site or booking a ride means you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully.
Who we are
Bazman Taxi is an Israeli taxi station operating a dispatch desk and hundreds of drivers nationwide, specializing in rides to and from Ben Gurion Airport and intercity travel. You can reach us by phone at +972-50-3455832, and online at bazman.taxi.
The service we offer
The website lets you book special (private) taxi rides anywhere in Israel — between any two towns, to and from Ben Gurion Airport, and to any other destination, including optional stops along the route. Bookings can be made through the website form, by phone call, or by WhatsApp message.
How an online booking works
When you submit a booking on the website, the details are sent to our dispatch desk for review and confirmation — a booking is final only once dispatch confirms it, usually within minutes. The price shown to you at booking time is an estimate, calculated from the regulated Ministry of Transport tariff based on your route, travel time and the details you entered. The final fare is set by the meter during the actual ride, and may be affected by the actual route taken, traffic conditions, or changes you request.
Cancellations and changes
You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time — simply contact us by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations closer to pickup time will be handled in coordination with dispatch, depending on the circumstances (for example, if a driver has already been dispatched to you). To change trip details — address, time or number of passengers — contact dispatch and the estimate will be updated accordingly.
Service and liability
We work to provide professional, reliable service through licensed, insured drivers. As with any transport service, delays or changes beyond our control may occur (traffic, weather, road works). If something goes wrong with your ride, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
A Shabbat-observant station
Bazman Taxi is a Shabbat-observant station. We operate every hour of the day and night, every day of the week — until Shabbat or a holiday begins, resuming service right after it ends. During those hours there is no booking service, dispatch or rides. Tariff C, which applies on Shabbat and holidays under the official Ministry of Transport tariff definition, applies by law to rides taking place close to those hours.
Consent to service updates and marketing
By booking a ride, you agree to receive messages related to that specific ride — such as booking confirmation, driver and vehicle details, and status updates — by WhatsApp, SMS or phone call. These messages are essential to providing the service and are not marketing communications.
Marketing messages (updates, promotions or advertising content) are sent only if you have given explicit consent via a form on the site, in accordance with Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982. You may unsubscribe at any time — by replying "STOP" (or the Hebrew "הסר") to a message you received, or by contacting us at +972-50-3455832.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or in the law. The version published on the website at the time of your booking governs. Material changes are reflected in the "updated" date at the bottom of this page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any use of the website and service are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the district of our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to these terms or the service.
