A taxi with us to or from Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) has a fixed price set before the ride, for any address in Israel. On the way out, the driver collects you at home or at your hotel and drops you at the departures level of your terminal. When you land, the driver follows your flight number and contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange where you meet. The station is closed on Shabbat.
Terminal 3 or Terminal 1?
Terminal 3 handles most international flights. Terminal 1 handles domestic flights, such as those to Eilat's Ramon Airport, and some low-cost international departures. It closed in March 2026; domestic flights returned at the end of June and some international departures in early July. All international arrivals land at Terminal 3. The two terminals are separate buildings, so a driver heading to the wrong one costs you time at the curb.
Your terminal is printed on the ticket and shown on the Ben Gurion flight board. Write it in the booking, or simply give us the flight number and we check it.
Going to the airport: how the ride works
- Send the details
Pickup address, date, flight time, passengers, large suitcases and trolley bags. The online booking form asks for all of it, or send it in one WhatsApp message.
- Agree the pickup time
The Israel Airports Authority asks passengers to arrive three hours before an international flight and two hours before a domestic one. We set the pickup time with you around that advice.
- The driver comes to your door
At the agreed time the driver is at the address you gave: a house, a hotel entrance or an office building.
- Drop-off at departures
The taxi stops at the departures level of your terminal, where luggage trolleys are available.
Early flights, heavy luggage and small children
- Pre-dawn pickups
We drive at night as well as by day, except on Shabbat. For a flight early in the morning, book the day before so the pickup is planned well ahead.
- Luggage that needs space
Count large suitcases and trolley bags separately when you book. That is how we decide between a standard taxi, an estate or a large taxi.
- Babies and young children
Infant carriers, child seats and boosters for every age come with the car. Write the ages in the booking, as explained on the child seat page.
- Wheelchair users
A vehicle with a lift is available. Book it a day ahead.
Landing at Ben Gurion: how the pickup works
Give us your flight number when you book. We follow the flight, so if it lands late the driver comes for the new landing time. After border control and baggage claim, the driver contacts you by phone or WhatsApp and you arrange the meeting point together. Make sure WhatsApp works on your phone when you land, through roaming or a local eSIM.

Questions and answers
Is the price fixed in both directions?
Yes. Rides to the airport and rides from it both have a fixed price set before you travel. The price card on each city page shows the two directions.
Can you pick me up from Terminal 1?
Yes. Tell us the terminal or the flight number when you book, and the driver plans the pickup there.
Can I book the ride home when I book the ride to the airport?
Yes. Send both trips in one message, with the return flight number, and we arrange the two rides together.
My flight lands after midnight. Is that a problem?
No. We drive at night on every day except Shabbat. With the flight number in hand, the driver follows the landing whatever the hour.
What if my flight lands earlier than planned?
The flight number shows an early landing as well as a delay, so the driver plans for the actual time. Send a WhatsApp message once you have your bags, and you arrange the meeting point together.
Should I tip the driver?
