A minibus with a driver is the vehicle for a group too big for one taxi and too small for a coach: an extended family flying together, relatives heading to a wedding in another town, a team heading to a conference, or friends on a day trip. The driver collects everyone from one address or several and takes the group to the same destination. Tell us the number of passengers, large suitcases and trolley bags, and we suggest the vehicle and give you the price before the trip.
Who books a minibus with a driver

- A group landing in Israel
Send the flight number. We follow the flight, and after landing the driver contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange where to meet.
- Teams and delegations
Visiting colleagues going from the airport to their hotel, or a team heading to a conference or a client, collected from the office or from several homes.
- Friends on a trip
A weekend up north or a day out of town, with everyone travelling together instead of in three separate cars.
- Cruise passengers
A party leaving the ship together at Haifa Port for Jerusalem, Tel Aviv or the airport.
Collecting the group from several addresses
People in a group rarely live on the same street. Write every pickup address in order and who gets on at each one. Each stop is built into the route and into the price you get before the trip.
If someone joins on the way, at a junction or a train station, add that point too. A stop added after the ride has started can change the price.
A minibus to the airport with a lot of luggage
A group flying abroad carries a lot, and sometimes the suitcases need more room than the passengers. That is why we ask about large suitcases and trolley bags separately. If the luggage will not fit in one minibus, we suggest a different vehicle or a second one.
The Israel Airports Authority asks passengers to arrive three hours before an international flight. With several pickups the first address is collected earliest, so tell us when the whole group needs to be at the terminal and we plan the pickup round back from that time.
A minibus for a wedding or a family celebration
A minibus suits one group of guests who travel to a celebration together: the side of the family that lives in another city, friends from work, or relatives from abroad staying at a hotel. Write the pickup points in order, such as outside the synagogue or the hotel lobby, and the driver brings everyone to the hall or the garden venue together.
Plan the ride home when you book, and tell us when the event should end. If the older guests want to leave after dinner and the younger ones only after the dancing, we can plan two return trips. If the driver stays in the area until the return, the waiting time goes into the price we set.
Ask the venue manager where a large vehicle can stop to let guests off, and put the answer in the booking. Give us the name and phone number of one family member, so the driver has someone to call at the pickup point and at the end of the evening.
Group trips between cities
These are road distances, as given on our route pages for Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, the Dead Sea and Eilat. If the driver waits while you visit and then drives you back, the waiting goes into the price.

If the group returns in the same vehicle, say when. Time the driver spends waiting at the destination affects the price.

How much does a minibus with a driver cost?
It depends on the route, the stops, any time the driver waits and when you travel. Send us the plan on WhatsApp and you get the price before the trip.
Can the minibus wait and bring us back?
Yes, by arrangement. Tell us when you are coming back. Waiting time at the destination affects the price, and sometimes two separate rides work out cheaper.
Part of our group is in Haifa and part in Tel Aviv. Can one minibus collect everyone?
Yes, if the route makes sense. Send all the addresses in order and we plan one route through them, or suggest two vehicles if that is easier.
Will all our luggage fit?
Send the number of large suitcases and trolley bags. If it will not fit, we suggest a bigger vehicle or a second one.
Is there a minibus on Shabbat?
No. The station keeps Shabbat, so minibuses run on Friday until Shabbat begins and again once it ends on Saturday night, and Jewish holidays work the same way. For a Saturday-night wedding, the pickup round starts after Shabbat ends; more on taxis before and after Shabbat.
Our relatives land on the day of the wedding. Can you take them straight to the venue?
Yes. Send the flight number, the venue address and the luggage count. We follow the flight, but leave a margin between landing and the start of the event, because nobody can know in advance how long passport control and baggage claim will take.
