Pricing policy

We give you a fixed price for your trip before the ride. Until you accept it, that price is valid for 24 hours or until the pickup time, whichever comes first, unless the quote says otherwise. A booking is made once the station, or a digital agent it has authorised, has given you that price and you have accepted it. From then on, the price holds for the trip as agreed: the route, the stops, the waiting time, the vehicle and any extras you asked for.

The price depends on the route and distance, the day and time of the ride, the vehicle needed for your passengers and luggage, and extras such as stops or waiting you request. There is no charge per suitcase or per passenger; luggage and passengers decide which vehicle you need.

Fixed prices appear on the website only where the station has published them, for the routes, times and vehicles they describe. Where no price is published for your trip, ask us and we give you a price for it. A published price, a calculator result, a form or an automatic message on its own does not create a booking.

A price shown on the website or given to you is the total price for the trip it describes, VAT included. If any item is not included, such as a road toll, we tell you before the price is agreed. You pay the driver, in cash, by credit card or with Bit; nothing is paid on the website.

The calculator estimates what a taxi meter would charge under the official Ministry of Transport tariff in force since 1 April 2026: the initial charge, the rates of tariffs A, B and C for distance and time, the higher rate beyond 10 km, and the official supplements for ordering a taxi, for rides starting at Ben Gurion, Haifa or Ramon airport, for Road 6 and the Carmel Tunnels when the route uses them, and for waiting at a stop.

Because the meter counts time as well as distance, the result is shown as a range. It is an estimate for information only and not a price offer. To see it, you give your name and phone, and the station uses them to contact you with a fixed price for the same trip.

Some routes can use Road 6 or the Carmel Tunnels, which charge tolls. When we give you a fixed price for such a route, we tell you whether it includes the toll, and you can ask for a route that avoids toll roads. On a metered ride, the official taxi price order adds a fixed supplement when the ride uses a toll road at the passenger’s request.

If you ask for a change on the way, such as an extra stop, a different destination or waiting time, the price may change. The driver or the station tells you the new price before making the change.

Before a booking is made, the station checks the trip details, availability and the price. If an adjustment is needed or an error is found before you have accepted the price, we give you the corrected price and ask for your agreement; without it, no booking is made and you are not charged.

If an error is discovered after a booking has been made, we will contact you to clarify it and look for a solution in accordance with the law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the law, or means that every error permits cancelling a booking or changing its price unilaterally.
