In events there's no 'roughly'. How far in advance should I book a delivery for an event?
You can book at the last minute — our dispatch runs any hour, day or night — but for an event with a tight load-in window, a day or two ahead is better. That lets us reserve a driver for your exact hour, work the intercity drive time backwards from your setup, and make sure the gear is at the hall when the crew is ready to receive it.
Do you collect directly from our printer or warehouse?
Yes. You give us the pickup address — print shop, equipment warehouse, studio or production office — and the driver goes there, collects the shipment and drives straight to the venue. We can also arrange pickups from a few points on the same run when they're on the way, and move equipment between two event sites on the same day.
Some of the shipment is fragile — is that a problem?
