How far in advance should we book a bus for a wedding?
Reach out as soon as you have a date and a venue, usually a few weeks to a few months ahead. Wedding season is busy, and booking early lets us hold a bus of the right size and a driver who knows the area. Even if the event is close, it's worth calling — we can usually find a workable solution.
Does the driver know the route to the venue and wait until the night ends?
Yes. The driver receives the venue location and the run-of-show in advance, plans a route and arrives with a buffer for traffic. They stay available throughout the event and wait until guests are ready to leave, so nobody is stranded at the end. If you need an early dispersal round, we arrange that too.
What if some guests want to leave early?
That's very common, so we can plan more than one dispersal round: an early one for families with children or older guests, and another near the end of the dancing.
