The price shown on screen updates instantly and is calculated straight from the regulated tariff, including every surcharge that applies to your route.
After you add the date, time and contact details, the booking is sent to our dispatch desk. Dispatch reviews it and confirms within minutes — that confirmation is what finalizes the booking.
